The Opportunity:
As an integrated part of the oncology disease area team you will be a strategic partner who provides scientific/medical insights and expertise to the organization and execution of relevant activities. Your main responsibilities will be:
Identify and prioritize relevant research ideas and develop research projects/solutions in collaboration with Primary Point of Contacts (PPoCs).Contribute to regulatory and drug safety activities (e.g. RMP plans).Contribute to Market Access strategy and activities with scientific/medical expertise.Develop materials and provide scientific/medical internal training to PPoCs and other enabler roles.Oversee the integrity and accuracy of scientific/medical data communicated both internally andexternally.Leverage digital channels and tools to provide meaningful customer experiences that add value to patients.Responsible for provision of grants/sponsorships/donations as per company’s policies and regulations.Act as a system thinker to identify shared purpose amongst stakeholders from the ecosystem; leverage knowledge to co-create solutions for improving patient journey.Drive scientific communication activities via multiple channels.Constantly increase his/her disease area knowledge, incl. treatment landscape, clinical practice,physicians’ interests.dentify educational needs and co-create possible forms of educational activities. Manage unsolicited questions for scientific/medical information from HCPs following local regulations, company policies and SOPs.Who you are:
You hold a Master's degree in human medicine (MD), pharmacy or in the field of natural science and have + 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organizationYou have experience in the principles and techniques of scientific data analysis and interpretation (clinical relevance)You have experience and knowledge in regulatory, drug safety and market access activitiesYou have experience in planning, execution of clinical trials/research and the data collection activitiesWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
