Provide hands-on expertise in the laboratory for hi-dimensional flow cytometry to support profiling patient material/ cell lines etc.Independently design and implement flow cytometry panels of at least 30 markers to interrogate various immune and non-immune populations in primary tissue samples from different disease settings across multiple therapeutic area.Maintenance of flow cytometers (QC, monthly washes etc.) and antibody inventory for the teamCollaborate with internal stakeholders and interface with external parties (e.g., vendors, clinical sites, academic collaborators) to support the execution of workplans related to flow cytometry.Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Accurately document experiments and results in electronic notebooks and/or other required formats in compliance with company policies and project needs.WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
BSc/MSc with more than three years of relevant research experience, preferably in a clinical research setting, a clinical/diagnostic laboratory, or pharmaceutical/biotech R&DRelevant hands-on experience with spectral cytometry and aseptic cell culture techniquesFamiliarity with flow cytometry principles, experimental design, and data analysis implementing machine learning algorithms and techniques.Familiarity with scientific software such as FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, TIBCO Spotfire etc.Experience with lab and clinical sample inventory management.Detail oriented with strong time management skills.Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
