Within Janssen Research Development, the Biotherapeutics Development Supply (BTDS) organization is responsible for the development, clinical supply, marketed product support, and life cycle management of Biotherapeutics. Within BTDS, the Analytical Development (AD) group supports method development and validation, as well as product development, release, and stability analytics via automated workflows.
The Laboratory Automation Robotics team is recruiting for a Sr. Associate Automation Scientist to collaborate in migrating analytical assays from manual processes to fully automated end to end workflows. In this role you will collaborate with Assay Automation, Integration Automation, Assay Development SMEs, and end-users to increase sample testing throughput and/or reduce hands-on time, time-to-result, repetitive strain, and assay variability. The primary scientific area of focus will be in cell and gene therapies, implementing automated analytical workflows such as antigen binding, molecular, cell-based, and chromatography.
Primary Responsibilities:Depending on your skills and interest the responsibilities will include:
