We are seeking a Scientist, LCMS to join IQVIA Laboratories at Indianapolis, IN.

The LCMS Scientist will be responsible for executing laboratory experiments accurately and contributing to the design of scientific procedures, supporting scientific discovery while adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
What you’ll be doing:
Perform routine qualitative and quantitative laboratory procedures with minimal supervision, following all safety protocols and GLP.Prepare experiments and samples for analysis.Analyze and report results accurately and timely to support scientific meetings and project outcomes.Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, troubleshooting as per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Document all procedures accurately according to customer requirements.Validate and apply new bioanalytical approaches for LC/MS assays.Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance throughout laboratory processes.Coordinate with Laboratory Operations for sample management and interface with clients on scientific objectives.What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in applied/laboratory sciences with direct laboratory coursework required.0-2 years of direct laboratory experience required.Strong communication skills and ability to follow scientific protocols, policies, and procedures.Other equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.The knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for this role:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, and close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on the assigned work area and tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.Proficiency in routine laboratory procedures and wet-laboratory sample extraction.Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain clear and efficient experiment documentation.Strong understanding of LCMS services and troubleshooting laboratory equipment.What we offer you:

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $55,500.00 - $92,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
