Senior technical representative on the team and collaborate with Program Management in the execution of one or more GPS Multi Antenna Element Receiver programs for High Anti-Jam Projectile applicationsInteract with the Business Development and Engineering teams to ensure the work output is consistent with business needs and compliant with development practicesManage the execution of a multi-discipline, large development team including major subcontractors and contract manufacturers to achieve the defined technical program objectives while managing and controlling the schedule and costProvide technical leadership and oversight to proposal activities for new related business opportunitiesDocument and present papers of the teams’ work products that allow others to leverage the work in other business areasWork through the functional organizations to properly staff and project future staffing requirements based on the current programs’ work and future related business opportunitiesWork with Subject Matter Experts, Chief Engineers, and Business Development to identify future business opportunities & gaps to meeting those opportunities, and execute IR&D projects to close the gaps and develop the next generation of GPS & Multi-GNSS AJ products
