Core Responsibilities:
Scale-up/Align new products/formulations/colours:- define local formulation/process.
- create PFMEA.
- follow alignment batches.
- ensure product meets process capability requirements.
- stabilize on load process and document formulation and process parameters.Develop understanding of critical process/formulation parameters.Solve quality issues level 2.Carryout level 2 adjustments for quality/process improvement.Define rework guidelines and support rework.Establish SOP guidelines.
Qualifications:
Master in polymer chemistry, chemical engineering or material science or B.S. with 5+ years experience in coating industry.Familiar with FMEA , RCFA and quality tools.Strong verbal and written command of English language.Good communication skill and desire to seek inputs across organizations.Good computer skills including office, database, and statistics.Our Company:
