**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Scientist will focus on providing regulatory content for product labels and act as a compliance partner across various project teams. This role is vital in ensuring that all product formulations and labels meet applicable regulatory standards. You will support regulatory analysis and provide sound guidance to ensure the company remains compliant in all product labeling and ingredient declarations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Review and approve formulas and ingredients for compliance with applicable regulations and approved claims.
- Analyze product formulations to verify compliance with regulations.
- Create final label content, including substantiated claims, compliant nutrition facts, ingredient statements, and other U.S. mandated label content.
- Review finished product labels to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- **Must** possess a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Toxicology, Nutrition).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in **regulatory affairs within the food industry.**
- Regulatory experience in the food industry is required.
- Strong project management skills.
- Advanced technical knowledge of software applications, including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
**Pay** :The anticipated wage for this position is between $38 and $39.
Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

**Pay Details:** $38.00 to $39.00 per hour
