Responsibilities Technology Transfer: Design studies and conduct technical protocols to support developmental work and scientific discovery. Initiate, direct, and execute assigned activities to support technology transfer. Investigate the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to potential inventions, products, and problems. Translate validated experimental protocols and processes into quality managed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reports and analytical work plans.Technical Problem Solving and Documentation: Plan and execute laboratory experiments and carry out routine tasks. Troubleshoot technical problems, data analysis and test methods, and document corrective action. Record, analyze and interpret study data. Develop research documentation, such as protocols, reports, presentations, publications, manuscripts, and/or summaries. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Disseminate research findings to internal and external audiences. Support development or review of external grant and contract proposals or for internal research and development projects. Ensure the quality standards and scientific integrity in research activities are maintained. Remain knowledgeable of current and relevant scientific and technological developments, instrumentation, equipment, and methodologies. Qualifications PhD in Scientific Discipline or Engineering Equivalent and 2-5 years' experience or equivalent experience. Background in molecular biology, microbiology or cell biology required.Strong technical writing skills and familiarity with contract/proposal writing preferred.Proficiency in laboratory techniques, data analysis, and troubleshooting.Experience with assay development, process improvement, and technical transfers.Ability to identify and resolve technical problems, streamline procedures, and develop innovative solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting research, creating SOPs, and disseminating findings.Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and support cross-functional projects.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position is $105,000 to $115,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
