**Scientist** Science & Research Elkhorn, NE, US Pay Rate Low: 30 | Pay Rate High: 32.14 + Added - 07/02/2025 Apply for Job _Our esteemed client, a trailblazing global pharmaceutical powerhouse, renowned for their expertise in developing and manufacturing a wide array of world-class pharmaceutical drugs, life-saving vaccines, and innovative animal-health products, is in search of an exceptional Scientist II to join their dynamic team_ **.** **Job type:** 1 year contract **Location:** Omaha, NE **Pay rate** $30- $32/ hr. **Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with Analytical Technology Solutions, Bioprocess Technology, R&D, Operations, and Quality Control. + Conduct method improvements for live virus and bacterial titrations, hemagglutination assays, and ELISAs + Support cross-functional teams in Quality Control investigations and prepare test data for analysis + Assist in preparing reports and protocols for regulatory submissions + Support commercialization activities and global program initiatives + Ensure lab cleanliness and equipment calibration **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant biological area (Bacteriology, Biology, Genetics, Immunology, Microbiology, Virology) + 3 years of bench-level lab experience in the Animal Health industry, preferably in analytical support or R&D + Proficient in technical writing and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Good communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams + Knowledge in virus or bacterial titrations, hemagglutination assays, or ELISAs + 1+ year of Quality Control experience + Project management and data evaluation skills (including basic statistics) + Experience preparing protocols, reports, or data packages for regulatory authorities \#INDBH \#LI-DNP We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
