Position Overview: Join the dynamic BJIC E2E ecom team as a Scientist in our Digital PR role, where you'll harness the power of consumer big data to drive innovation and growth. Your mission will be to identify sizeable consumer Jobs-To-Be-Done, diagnose category growth opportunities, support the development of 5 Vectors of Superiority, and uncover groundbreaking GTM communication ideas.
In this role, you'll explose to the consumer modeling development and MVP development based on real online purchase behaviors, translating insights into impactful initiative designs. You'll also conduct cutting-edge qualitative consumer research using the latest GenAI technologies and lead UX efforts across our Digital Innovation programs.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years in product research, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business growth.Quantitative Skills: Extensive experience in quantitative modeling, statistical analysis, and big data analytics. Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic recommendations.Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate findings and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong presentation skills to influence and drive strategic decisions.Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and implement strategies that provide sustained value and competitive advantage. Experience in aligning data-driven insights with business objectives.Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
