What You’ll do
As a Scientist in Molecular Nutrition & Biochemistry, you'll contribute to the future of our drinks portfolio by exploring the health benefits of natural ingredients and translating research findings into consumer-focused innovations. Working in a dynamic R&D environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to pioneer new technologies and healthy solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Act as a subject-matter expert in molecular and biochemical processes related to nutrition and health, advising internal teams and driving science-based product development. Develop and lead research initiatives to identify nutritional ingredients and technologies for our drinks portfolio. Embed research outcomes into innovation projects to deliver impactful, consumer-relevant solutions. Build and maintain a global network with universities, research institutes, and industry partners to stay at the forefront of scientific advancements. Translate complex research insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders across the business.


Who You Are
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone with:

A PhD or equivalent in Molecular Nutrition & Health, Biochemistry, or a related field, ideally with experience in neuroscience. Proven research expertise, preferably combining fundamental and applied research with an agile, experimental mindset. Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to transform complex data into a clear and compelling advise; summarizing trade-off decisions and take-outs to both scientific and non-scientific audiences. A proactive, self-starting attitude and the confidence to challenge the status quo while driving research excellence and the development of science-based products The ability to build networks and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external experts & partners to pioneer new technologies and healthy solutions.
