Scientist Quality & Food Safety (m/f/d)

As a Scientist Quality & Food Safety (m/f/d), you play an essential role in ensuring that this commitment to quality is upheld throughout our operational processes. Your goal is to guarantee top-tier products and drive outstanding performance across the production line.

What we are looking for:

A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, OR Quality Management.

At least several years of consistent experience in quality assurance within a multinational food company.

Fluency in English and German (both in written & verbal communication).

Strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities.

Solid knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9000/ FSSC22000), quality programs (HACCP, GMP, Hygienic Design), and legal requirements for food safety.

Experience in food process design and developing quality standards and procedures; TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) experience is a plus.

Your key responsibilities:

Conduct incident management via the PRIMP process (Product-related incident management program), relevant process implementations, control risk materials, manage audit nonconformances (CAPA), conduct root cause analysis and effective corrective/ preventive actions, and implement preventive actions from the incident.

Manage the Quality Management Program and drive continuous improvement to achieve the factory's quality KPIs.

Optimize quality control standards in the production process and support process quality management to ensure high-quality products.

Ensure the implementation of the parts of Mars Quality Management Systems on-site, coordinate HACCP programs, and oversee PRP reviews, implement and sustain multiple Mars corporate quality standards.
