Job Summary: The SCIS Project Management Office Lead coordinates, oversees and facilitates all activities related to the following area of the Global COE (Center of Excellence): Project Management Office: project management tracking and improvements brought through a standardization of processes and increased efficiency. Work with the Head of Programme & PMO Manager, to maintain the departments resource plan Requirements and Responsibilities: Project Management Coordinates Project Portfolios across solutions and regions to ensure a proper prioritization of initiatives Creates and maintains project documentation and best practices, in coordination with the Governance team Supervises budget tracking processes across projects Define and develop projects and PMO metrics, implement a review process that will guarantee actions, improvement plan are driven from the metrics review. Continuous improvement of the metrics and associated reports. Provide analysis related to PMO metrics. Coordinates Project Planning activities and consolidates all plans into one master plan Builds and manages the SCIS resource and delivery plans Develops Project Management training Holds Project Managers accountable for adhering to project standards, methodology and templates Ensures timely submission of project updates and executive summaries to Martin Brower’s Global Alignment framework. Cadences project reporting activities and consolidates project communications Manages SCIS Change Control protocols and procedures, ensuring business impact analysis and frozen and slush periods policies are applied. Lead resource allocation tool maintenance and evolution. Manage the relationship with the vendor. Define internal roadmap for the use of the application. Ensure the resources allocation process is well known and followed. Others Ensure the operations follow all Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR), Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Warehouse Practices (GWP)/Good Drivers Practices (GDP) for transport rules and regulations. Other projects or duties as assigned. Qualifications Requirements Required Skills and Experience: 4+ years of related technical experience Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field Experience in Project Management Office and/or Project Management Ability to travel as required (estimate up to 10%) This position must pass a post-offer background check Able to work alone or with team At Martin Brower UK and Ireland, our commitment to our employees is unwavering.
