Job Description

The Architecture and Engineering Manager shall create, manage, maintain, and distribute System, Functional, and Domain Metamodels for use during all aspects and phases of capability and lifecycle engineering activities across the USSTRATCOM portfolio. The Architecture and Engineering Manager shall be responsible for the curation of a SEMP in coordination with the government Architecture and Engineering team that covers the entire portfolio under the USSTRATCOM C4IT Directorate Area of Responsibility. The manager will be responsible for ensuring that standards and processes are maintained in accordance with DoD and USSTRATCOM policy such as DoD Directive 5137.02, DoDI 5000.82, and SI 301-6 through all phases of architecture and engineering activities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

It is required that the Architecture and Engineering Manager has the following qualifications:

A current TS clearance with SCI eligibility.A minimum of five years’ experience within the last ten years, engineering complex IT systems.

It is desired that the Architecture and Engineering Manager has the following qualifications:

Possess certifications as directed by DoDD 8140.x Advanced level.A minimum of five years’ experience within the last ten years in Systems Architecture and MBSE.Experience with DoDAF.Experience utilizing architecture tools such as SPARX EA or Cameo.Experience with complex system of systems engineering practices.Experience with tool automation and integration technical auditing.Experience with Zerotrust and Cloud architecture and engineering.
