USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

HOW CSI2 Manager WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Leads and manages SCITLS continual service improvement and innovation (CSI2) activities as part of ITSM lifecycle management.Facilitates collaborative process with the government to identify and prioritize areas for improvement and modernization for people, processes, and technology.Creates and maintains CSI2 Register to ensure situational awareness on the status of initiatives.Focuses on identifying and prioritizing opportunities to enhance the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of IT services.CSI2 Lead supports the USSTRATCOM/J6's goals to achieve higher service levels aligned with mission needs and proactive approach to service delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: B.S. in Information Systems ScienceRequired Experience: 5+ years of experienceSecurity Clearance Level: Must be willing to Obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibilityRequired Certifications: CISM, PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Security+, ITIL v3Preferred Certifications:Location: Offutt AFB, NE
