SCM engineer will align will all stakeholders relevant to the key process stake holders to ensure that the process considers all constraints on the site and that during handover it can be seamlessly adopted by the line organization. **Detailed Description** + Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy for the site + Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams + Determine key supply chain KPIs + Suggest solutions for process improvements + Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner + Document step-by-step procedures for the supply planning process + Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors + Build and maintain good relationships with vendors **Knowledge/Skills/Competencies** + Ability to plan, analyze, and execute functional warehouse, material flow, & inventory strategy + Hands on experience in warehousing, operations, customer communication, and planning + Ability to analyze SCM business requirements, design solution for requirements, implement, and handover self sustaining operations + Good understanding of IT concepts and integrated business applications + Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight deadlines. + Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion. + Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
