Responsibilities and duties 岗位职责
  Work with cost team to flow RFQs for new business win & launches/model year change purposes; 
通过cost team 来获取零件报价,支持新项目获取,投产及现有项目年型变更;
  Implementing purchasing procedure to achieve the goal of purchasing;
实施采购流程, 实现采购目标
  Seeking the material prices and supplier information for the new projects/ model year change & ECN, insure to get all the information in time to meeting the timing schedule;
为新项目/年型 & ECN 确认供应商信息及价格信息, 确保及时提供,满足时间节点;
  Coordinate for Prototype demand/Buysheet spot buy request internally and ensure timely purchasing order; 
协调内部确保样线订单和buysheet订单及时下发；
  Push new parts PPAP & SA in time；
推动新零件PPAP & SA及时完成；
  Ensure to implement material cost reduction strategy on the product line，push localization activity;
确保在产品线上实施降本策略，推动国产化活动；
  Service part RFQ & spot buy release in time; 
备件询价，及时下发订单；
  Manage the interface with other functions; 
与其它相关部门的沟通和配合
  Follow and support policy, target and procedure of EHS, and supervise environment protection during production operation. Energy saving, reduce waste. Comply with regulatory requirements. Protect employees' health & safety.
遵守并支持EHS政策、方针、目标及程序，配合监督实际生产运营中的环境保护。节约能源，减少废弃物。符合国家法规的规定。保障员工的健康安全。

Basic qualifications 基本条件
  Good English writing and speaking skills
            流利的英语口语及书面表达能力
  Graduate in 2025/2026
            2025/2026年毕业
  Be skilled in using computer office software
            熟练使用电脑办公软件
  Good teamwork spirit
良好的团队协作精神
Nice to haves (preferred qualifications) 期望条件
  Bachelor degree and above
      本科学历或以上
