**In your role as SCM Specialist at Kohler Ventures you will:**
+ Manage inter-company orders and demand planning.
+ Provide weekly updates on Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI).
+ Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and packing slips.
+ Coordinate with freight forwarders and truckers to ensure timely cargo pickup from warehouses.
+ Process export declarations in compliance with customs and transportation regulations.
+ Ensure adherence to import/export laws and transport requirements.
+ Notify stakeholders of any order issues, including shipping delays, returns, price changes, product quality issues, or specification changes.
+ Oversee logistics operations, including monthly cost closings.
+ Analyze and manage logistics costs, tariffs, and taxes related to importing OEM/ODM products.
+ Manage FTA compliance and requirements for each country.
+ Prepare external and internal audits related to certificates of origin.
+ Lead supplier management, including selecting, fostering, and terminating supplier relationships, unit price determination, and transaction management.
**Skills/Requirements**
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
+ 5 + years of professional experience in export or a related field.
+ Experience with FTA management.
+ Strong skills in total cost analysis and pricing validation.
+ Proficiency in reviewing supplier proposals to support project teams with cost and schedule estimates.
+ Expertise in supplier selection, negotiation strategies, and total cost analysis.
+ Proven ability to track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and cost optimization.
+ Experience in supplier identification, quoting, and managing approved suppliers.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
+ Fluent in English.
