Role and Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

Give the correct support to coordinate, in the most efficient way with timely manner, the activities related to the Demand & Supply Forecasting process, the initial part of the Supply Chain Management.

Demand & Supply management with focus on:

Support in shaping demand model by model in line with the SCM KPIs and considering constraints;

Support in checking and requesting allocation goods to Europe and Italian central warehouse;

Support in stock management and daily operations.

Checking of production plan and arrivals with related issue (i.e. quality, damages, delays…);

Analysis and reports:

Conducting PSI (Purchasing, Sales, Inventory) analyses;

Providing analysis on sales forecast accuracy KPI (result & trend) by pdt / channel / Account;

Ad hoc analysis (i.e. historical data analysis on sell-in/sell-out data).

Preparation of Team Objectives and support the Decision making to i.e. Meeting, Requesting.

Skills and Qualifications

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Educational Background: Master/Bachelor degree in Management Engineering/Statistics.Computer Knowledge: excellent knowledge with Excel and the most common statistical and analytical marketing tools.Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English.Others: Excellent analytical skills and problem solving mindset.

Starting Date:  February/March
