Job Purpose:
As the "face" of brands in the field/social media sphere, identify, reach and positively engage with new & existing consumers/shoppers & Trade customers to build brand trust, increase share of mind and drive advocacy via championing the brands – ultimately contributing to drive sales.Support local Marketing teams in planning and executing key brand seminars and tasting events (online & offline) to showcase the brands to various bodies of audience.Support local sales teams to seed & grow the brands in the on-trade and build relationships with bartenders to drive their engagement for the brands (+ occasionally off-trade shoppers to experience the brands)Scope of Brands are PRJ Scotch Whisky portfolio (Chivas Regal, The Glenlivet, Aberlour, Royal Salute, Secret Speyside Collection)Principal Responsibilities:
Brand Education
Organize and conduct mentoring sessions for our Whisky portfolio with key On-Trade players (Bartenders and Hostess Club) and with Off-trade buyers/shoppers.Initiate & implement regular internal mentoring and tasting sessions for PRJ internal commercial & marketing teams to communicate the brands’ uniqueness vs competition.Keep developing & nurturing superior knowledge in Whisky to act as the internal reference & the “Japan counterpart” for the global marketing/heritage teams.Brand Advocacy
Plan, implement and host inspiring & engaging consumers events (both offline and online) throughout the year to drive advocacy for our brands.Develop new creative ideas & event concepts together with the local Brand team.Identify potential brand collaborations to enrich event content.Manage and initiate CRM activations with the support of the local Brand team.Nurture CRM members loyalty through their engagement on brand events / activities and act as “the face of the Brand” for our CRM members.Act as an online community manager by posting regular contents (stories, posts etc.) and interacting with our followers on SNS (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) if the brand team requires.Business Development
Work closely with PRJ MOT sales team to develop new accounts and maintain regular, effective & engaging communications with key MOT outlets. Collect up-to-date information to optimize business opportunities.Business Performance:
Monitor activity performance and provide activity report on a monthly basis, including learnings.------

Education:
Bachelor level
Language:
Japanese at the level to deliver compelling brand seminar + handle Q&A sessions (N-1 level) / English business level. Native-level English skill is a plus.
Experience:
Bartending and/or cocktail making experience is a plus.
