Proclinical Staffing are currently partnered with three different established CROs in Germany (1 medium sized and 2 large sized) who are looking for multiple CRA IIs & Snr CRAs to join their teams on a permanent basis in an FSP/ sponsor dedicated role. These are home based opportunities with the chance to have low on-site visits, regional monitoring and fast career development.

With strategic site relationship managers/ CRA managers supporting throughout the roles, these are fantastic opportunities for the successful candidate to embed yourself in the wider clinical operations teams' and work on ground-breaking new medicine development.



Responsibilities will include:

Carry out site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits to monitor all sitesSupporting the development of a subject recruitment planEvaluating the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelinesManaging progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolutionCollaborating with experts on study sites and client representatives


Key Skills and Qualifications:

University Degree in life science or other scientific discipline or apprenticeship in health careMinimum of 18 months of on-site monitoring experience, alternatively an equivalent combination of education, training and experienceKnowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelinesStrong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast pace environmentGood command of German and EnglishFlexibility to travel up to 60% of working timeDriver's license class B
