Good organizational skills, train knowledge, ability to layout and execute a planAbility to make strategic and safe decisions in a fast- paced environmentFollow all rail safety manual rulesFill out all daily paperwork correctlyOther rail services provided as needed on the CampusFamiliar with pile numbers and the scrap laydown yardOperate loader, scrap yard mobile crane, loco, & the Boss railcar mover
