Summary

Supporting the mission of Goshen Health, the GFGH Casual Screening Clinician will participate in of the GFGH Worksite Wellness program Wellness Assessment Screenings within assigned contracted companies that maintains a focus on wellness and prevention.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Education: Medical Assistant, Paramedic, Advanced EMT, Student Nurse with completion of Nursing Fundamentals course, Certified Phlebotomist, CNA, or High School diploma with 1 year of experience in a medical setting.   Preferred Education: Health related Bachelor’s degree. Spanish speaking, writing and reading skills. Preferred Experience: Community health care experience or at least 1 year clinical experience.     Competencies: Position requires: a) competency in venipuncture, finger-sticks, flu shots if within certification, and other clinical screens related GFGH participants.
