Do you seek to help connect others in meaningful ways, but don’t see yourself excelling in a sales-oriented environment?  EF High School Exchange Year is seeking a thoughtful, motivated individual with a passion for making others’ dreams of traveling abroad and improving their English a reality. As a member of a larger team of equally passionate individuals, you will play a crucial role in breaking down barriers and opening the world through our high school exchange program. Tell Me More Screening Specialists are responsible for maintaining standards of program quality and compliance with program regulations. The role requires confidence, diplomacy, and discretion. Screening Specialists oversee a region of local exchange coordinators and are charged with training and guiding them in the host family screening process. This role also works with prospective host families as they move through the application process. Screening Specialists determine final suitability and acceptance while also working to ensure host families and local exchange coordinators remain well-supported and excited about their upcoming experience.  About You You have a passion for customer service and are committed to excellence in your daily work. You are operations-oriented with a strong professional phone demeanor and the ability to change priorities quickly. Multitasking is easy for you, and you can manage a high volume of information while remaining productive in a fast-paced work environment. You are decisive, organized, detail-oriented and have a good sense of judgement. You are approachable and thrive in a cross-cultural and team environment. 1-3 years customer service experienceBachelor’s degree preferred.
