You’ll thrive in an environment that supports innovation, is committed to ending racism and supporting diversity, equity and inclusion, and provides the resources you need to succeed. **Responsibilities** **Workforce Experiences: The Scrum Leader for Workforce Experience D&A Infrastructure and AI products portfolio will provide agile support and facilitation of ceremonies for the data integration and execution of the data strategy for the following data integration development teams: VOC/CCaaS, Workforce Management and Intelligent Search Capabilities, CDP/DXP & Marketing.** **Customer/Patient Experiences: The Scrum Leader for Customer/Patient Experience D&A Infrastructure and AI products portfolio will provide agile support and facilitation of ceremonies for the data integration and execution of the data strategy for the following data integration development teams: Curated Views & Care Team and Patient Portal.** Mayo Clinic’s Scrum Leader will work in the Center for Digital Health, with the purpose of extending our agile expertise and helping deliver digital solutions and products to consumers, patients, and providers to improve their health journey. The Scrum Leader facilities workflows in a scrum environment, ensuring that members of the team follow through on their respective duties and responsibilities. + Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers. + Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques. + Collaborates with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering and Experience Design partners to ensure successful deliver + Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines. + Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team. + Works with the Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support the product teams. + Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Leaders to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization. + Works with Agile coaches and other Scrum Leaders to grow within the role. + Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization. + Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and 4+ years relevant experience required. + Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles. + Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills + Strong, demonstrated knowledge of Scrum and understanding of the software development life cycle. + Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques + Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams. + Strong interpersonal, networking, collaboration skills and cultural awareness + Experience navigating transformation in highly regulated industries is a plus. **This is a work-unit only posting for CDH employees.** **Exemption Status** Exempt **Compensation Detail** $84,510.40 - $124,300.80/ year.
