For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $65 - $70 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** + Manage multiple medium to large projects, serving as the primary contact for clients and internal teams. + Guide teams in Agile/Scrum practices to enhance customer satisfaction. + Assess and improve the Scrum maturity of teams and the organization. + Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of projects. + Oversee end-to-end project management activities, including planning, reporting, and scope management. + Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet company standards. + Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to resolve issues. + Conduct status meetings and manage risk mitigation for complex issues. + Contribute to team goals and recommend enhancements to project management methodologies. **Experience Requirements:** + 7+ years of technical project management experience. + Experience in a hybrid model of project execution. + Previous experience as a manager. + Exposure to cloud environments and large distributed, client-facing applications is a plus. **Key Technical Skills:** + Agile/Scrum methodologies + Project Management (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) + Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) + Financial Services Industry Experience + Cloud Technologies + Technical Documentation and Reporting + Risk and Issue Management + Jira + Confluence + Excel **Education Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience). + Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe certification. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
