What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Scrum Master working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.

 

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

Promoting and supporting Scrum practices by helping everyone to understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team 

What UST expects from you?

4+ years experience working as Scrum Master Knows when to use other agile practices to improve team mindset (Lean, Kanban, XP, etc) Experience of using different prioritisation techniques  Understands the need for safe to fail environments and helps the team to create and maintain this environment   Understand and articulate burn down rates, team velocity, flow metrics, team health checks, forecasting from throughput Experience with agile development practices such as Behaviour Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and code quality metrics Knows how to work their way around helping the team with impediments and raising blockers and issues with high level management to address those Use of tools such as Jira and Confluence Good english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams

Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).

100% remote within Spain. 

 

Work schedule

Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
