Your future duties and responsibilities:

Tasks description
Facilitating collaboration, communication, and coordination among the various project stakeholders while adhering to Scrum principles and values.
Collaborating with business experts, Product Owners, developers within Analytics Consulting, and data scientists to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of projects.
Ensuring that the needs are translated into a clear, realistic roadmap accepted by all stakeholders, particularly by supporting data science and development teams in defining and prioritizing user stories.
Managing Scrum rituals (sprint planning, daily meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives) and ensuring commitments, deadlines, and quality deliverables are met, including proactively identifying and addressing any implementation blockages.
Tracking and reporting on projects using appropriate tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and regularly communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitating coordination and synergy between different projects and teams by promoting exchanges, feedback, and best practices

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Skills
Fluent in English (level C1-C2)
Understanding Agile Methodologies: > Deep knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
Project Management Tools: >Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence
Basic Software Development Knowledge: > Understanding of software development processes and practices, including coding, testing, and deployment. > Familiarity with programming languages or technologies used by the team can help in communication and understanding technical challenges.
Data Analysis and Reporting: > Skills in data analysis to interpret team performance metrics (like velocity, burn-down charts, etc.) and make data-driven decisions. > Ability to create and present reports on team progress and impediments.
Facilitation Techniques: > Knowledge of various facilitation techniques to encourage participation and engagement during meetings. > Skills in conflict resolution and consensus-building.
Coaching and Mentoring: > Ability to coach team members on Agile practices and principles. > Skills in mentoring the team to self-organize and improve continuously.
Technical Communication: > Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. > Ability to facilitate discussions between technical and non[1]technical team members.

Experience
Experienced software developer (3+ years minimum experience)
Managing innovative projects within highly technical environments
Change Management: > Understanding of change management principles to help teams adapt to Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
