The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Scrum Master/ Product Owner Analyst to support the Data Transport Product Support Sustainment Logistics Maintenance (DSLM) contract. This position will be focused on managing backlogs, sprint planning, and release planning for multiple Software Sustainment systems, as well as managing customer expectations and requirements for those systems.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple release efforts simultaneously for the Software Maintenance Action (SWMA) Team, including resource assignments, risks/constraints, and schedules.Ensure team has adequate work and support to successfully complete tasks timely.Lead customer interface meetings, including setting agenda, facilitation, capturing minutes and action items.Define and implement processes for requirements clarification with the customer.Implement and document release processesOrganize processes for new hire training/integration into the team.

Must be a US CitizenSecurity Clearance (Or ability to obtain)Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of Business Analyst experience - specifically for software projectsBusiness writing skillsExperience with Software development lifecycleSoftware Requirements ManagementMetrics reporting and analysisTechnically competentDecision making/critical thinkingInterpersonal skills with focus on collaborating with multiple stakeholdersSelf-motivated and strong team player with a desire to learnMust demonstrate ability to apply analytical, interpretive, evaluative, constructive, and creative thinking skills in variable situations and be an Innovative problem solverStrong customer focus while maintaining the integrity of the contractExperienced with creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting to large audiencesExperienced in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Ability to obtain Security+ within 90 days of hire.Desired:
Experience with MS Project – running multiple releases/supporting multiple projects at one time is a plusExperience on DoD programs and interaction with government stakeholders - SCN experience is a plusExperience using the following COTS tools: VersionOne, GitHub, SharePointExperience initiating and leading process improvement efforts-________________________________________________________________________________________

The proposed salary range for this position is:
