Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scrum Master to support our software engineering teams in optimizing delivery workflows, ensuring best practices in Azure DevOps (ADO), and maintaining accurate team metrics. This role will serve as a bridge between scrum facilitation, metrics reporting, and operational excellence. The Scrum Master will oversee four scrum teams and work closely with leadership to drive Agile maturity and delivery efficiency. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple teams Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives when needed Maintain and monitor Agile delivery structure within Azure DevOps (repos, boards, pipelines, etc.) Enforce best practices across ADO projects and work items Track, measure, and analyze team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and throughput Spot patterns in scrum metrics to support daily management practices Gather and compile relevant data from scrum teams and other Scrum Masters Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership using Azure DevOps and Power BI Track and report on capital expenditure (CapEx) related to Agile teams on a recurring basis Assist in preparing daily management materials using collected metrics Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance Support release management activities, including documentation and communication We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
