Scrum Master
**This position requires three days per week in office (Tues//Wed//Thurs) at either: 100 Church Street, NYC or 1101 Greenwood, Lake Mary, FL.** **Description & Responsibilities:** + Fostering Communication - creating channels and translating Scrum nuanced language + Protecting the team - acting as a buffer for disruptive product managers and management + Tool Maintenance - administer the Scrum tools and framework + Reporting - creating and delivering reporting framework for team members and management + Meeting Facilitation - sprint planning, daily scrum//standups, retrospectives + Agile Coaching - 1:1 with Scrum team members, stakeholders and management + Team Support - facilitating communication and resolving disagreements, tech + Remove Blockers - work with the team to understand blockers, work to remove them + Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible. + Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management. + Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items. + Understanding product planning in an empirical environment. + Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value; + Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed. + Coaching the Team in self-organization and cross-functionality; + Removing impediments to the Teams progress; + Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed + Coaching the Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood. **Minimum Requirements:** + HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution + 3-5 years working as a Scrum Master + Strong Project Management Skills + Experience in managing or working on projects across multiple departments using an SDLC methodology and Agile//Scrum methodology. + Experience working in a team environment, exercising independent thinking, problem solving and achieving goals and deadlines. + Exceptional interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills to frequently interact with all levels of the organization **Preferred Requirements:** + Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution + CSM Certified + Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. + Knowledge and//or experience with multiple Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, Automated Testing. + Knowledge of PEGA business platform + Experience with Mulesoft API's WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
