We are recruiting an experienced **Scrum Master** , based in **Phoenix, Arizona** . The candidate will report to the Head of Programs, The role is the Agile Subject Matter Expert within the Scrum team. It is the Scrum Master’s responsibility to raise awareness of the Agile Values and Principles and ensure that the Scrum Team work in ways consistent with the Scrum Framework. The Scrum Master will train, advise, facilitate, mentor and coach the Scrum team to reach their full potential with a laser focus on customer value. The Scrum Master fosters a growth mind-set that supports the Scrum Team to continually improve and become better.
