WHAT TO EXPECT 

 

We aim to launch an app that redefines the category, embodies modern luxury, and ultimately becomes a platform for future innovation in our business models and service standards with a fully integrated client experience. Working as part of the cross-functional and multi-national team delivering One App product, you’ll be responsible for guiding squads to plan and deliver work in a self-organised and cross-functional manner, to ensure maximum value delivery.  

 

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: 

 

Facilitating agreed One App Governance and ensuring that Ways of Working are applied effectively 

Identifying and facilitating in the removal of impediments and risks that are slowing down squad acceleration, as well as coaching squad members on how to remove impediments, leveraging servant leadership to support their autonomy and accountability

Promoting empowerment and transparency across squads. Coaching squads through conflict and promoting squad members to check and challenge one another

Championing the One App operating model implementation across all squads with the associated governance, ways of working and non-negotiables 

Act as a liaison between the development teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations to ensure successful delivery of customer experience initiatives

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

 

An effective communicator where you’ll be able to adapt communication styles between the development teams and key stakeholders 

Customer first mindset, where you’ll be able to facilitate communication and manage expectations to ensure successful delivery of customer experience initiatives. 

Knowledge of Agile tooling (Jira, confluence)  

Previous Agile Delivery Lead experience
