We’re rapidly growing and are seeking a self-motivated and highly driven Scrum Master to join our Agile Services team! You will have the responsibility of facilitating team planning and improvement activities as well as effectively build, self-organize, and create cohesive, high performing teams! You will proactively identify impediments, process improvements, and guide the team in removing impediments. We’re looking to you to provide strong product owner support as well as other stakeholder support in product backlog creation, management, and prioritization. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Facilities team planning and improvement activities, and effectively builds self-organizing, cohesive, and high performing teams. + Proactively identifies impediments and process improvements and guides the team in removing impediments. + Supports product owners and other stakeholders in effective product backlog creation, management, and prioritization. + Participates and contributes to the agile community (other FTE’s and corporate partners) growth and learning. Hiring Junior Staff and Corporate Partners to fill Agile support needs on development teams + Ensures visibility into team progress, impediments, and project health through information radiators. + Demonstrate effective techniques for managing team interruptions and distractions to ensures team(s) maintains focus on quality and continuous delivery **What You Bring** + 5+ Years’ experience as a Scrum Master role, assisting teams with process and product improvements + Strong communication skills and experience working with development team members and product owners. + Experience with Agile and program tracking tools (JIRA, Version One, Rally) + 2+ Years working in software development environment and familiar with full Software Development Lifecycle + Experience with conflict resolution + BS Degree (or higher) + Experience helping teams and product owners build roadmaps, and plan for product delivery + Experience helping teams plan work that feeds into larger level product and program deliverables + Professional Scrum Master I, Professional Scrum Product Owner I, or equivalent certifications **Added Bonus If You Have** + 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master role + Strong communication skills and experience working across multiple levels of an organization to resolve issues. + Extensive JIRA usage and configuration experience + Advanced knowledge of the full software development life cycle, product development, and release processes **What we’ll bring** During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
