We are currently hiring a Scrum Master with hands-on experience and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing the Chubb Life digital application and supporting digital microsites across the APAC region. Working closely with the development team, internal stakeholders, and external partners, you will ensure adherence to Scrum principles, facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and promote transparency within the team. Additionally, your coaching skills will be essential in upskilling team members and fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Remove obstacles and address issues or conflicts that impede the development team's progress or productivity. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and project requirements. Utilize Project Management Tools, such as JIRA and Confluence, to support project management and collaboration. Support and guide the team in adopting agile engineering practices, including test-driven development and automated testing.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Experience in utilizing Agile project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.Proficiency in applying a wide variety of patterns and techniques to enhance the Scrum approach.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
