Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment to deliver value to stakeholders. Each day, you will guide a squad and facilitate collaboration using agile methodologies and moderation skills. You will also showcase your expertise by fostering effective team dynamics, building agile maturity, and helping the squad deliver their best work.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification business Smart Power division in Bangalore, India.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tWorking with two teams in parallel, providing guidance on the application of agile values, principles and practices to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.•\tEnsuring a comprehensive understanding of scrum framework and that teams adhere to scrum mindset, practice, and guidelines.•\tElevating the team to a high-performing level by identifying areas of strength and improvement.•\tFacilitating team-level scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, ensuring active and valuable team engagement.•\tCoaching, inspiring, training and mentoring teams and promote positive team dynamics to ensure that team members collaborate effectively within the team, with their customers and stakeholders.•\tWork closely with Product Owners to help manage product backlogs and ensure clear communication of the development goals.•\tRemove impediments and blockers that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring the team can work without interruptions.•\tPromote a collaborative team environment and encourage discussions and decision-making within the team.

Qualifications for the role

We are looking for someone who is:\tCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.\t6+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, working with Agile teams \tAligned with ABB values: care, courage, curiosity, and collaboration.\tHighly passionate about working with people and helping them grow.\tA team player willing to actively cooperate with your peers.\tWilling to share ideas and experiences, learn and grow.\tAble to communicate clearly complex ideas and open to be challenged.\tA servant leader and a coach.\tInterested in human psychology and group interactions.
