Our Enterprise Services Technical Lead provides technical and administrative oversight to team of technical experts responsible for the operations and maintenance of critical applications internal and externally facing. We're looking for someone with a talent for big picture thinking and attention to detail – someone with the knowledge and knowhow to apply technical theories and concepts and deliver real-world solutions.

The Enterprise Services Technical Lead will make sure our complex, long-range projects are the best they can be, from early concept to final delivery. Reporting to the IT Services Functional Lead will provide engineering leadership to the program throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, co-ordination as well as providing project and system status reports.

• Maintaining engineering/development plans and procedures to meet the requirements of the program.

• Provisioning and planning of technical resources across a team of matrixed support.

• Experience working with content delivery providers such as AKAMAI for network, cybersecurity, web and Internet security services.

• Support the teams through the A&A process across all applications.

• Identify and escalate program risks using defined processes.

• Mentoring junior team members to build team skills.

• Experience working and leading within an Agile development environment.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at client, peer, supplier and senior leadership levels.

• Knowledge of project management milestones coupled with the ability to work autonomously or with minimal supervision to deliver completed work according to scheduled commitments

Mandatory Skills:

Scrum Master and/or PMP certifications.

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
