Your Team

You will join a team of change agents who are responsible for coaching, teaching, and guiding individuals, bringing to bear the New Way of Working agile principles, practices and frameworks. The team embodies Agile values and principles, demonstrates a servant leader mentality, and has experience driving value delivery, decision making, clarity, predictability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Here is what you can expect in a typical day

Ensures the team(s) lives Agile values and principles and follow the processes and practices that they agreed-upon to deliver the committed solutions

Responsible for promoting and supporting Agile principles by helping everyone understand applied theories, practices, rules, and value

True servant leader who serves the team(s) and larger organization

Supports those outside the aligned team(s) to understand which of their interactions with the team(s) are effective and which aren’t; helps everyone change these interactions to improve the value built by the Agile team

Supports all aspect of risk management and impediment resolution

Location: Tampa office hybrid (minimum of 2 days/week in office)

To Succeed in this Role:

Basic Qualifications

Familiarity and expertise with Agile principles and frameworks, including story writing and estimation, facilitation, and identification and implementation of continuous improvement (CI)

Experience working and proficiency in performing the role of Scrum Master

Expertise in facilitation and tracking of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), prioritization, backlog refinement, and specialty workshops.

Proven capabilities in: (i) delivery, (ii) reporting and metrics, (iii) Agile toolchains (Jira, Jira Align, Miro, etc.)

Strong business analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master certification

Experience in serving as a Scrum Master within the financial services industry on multiple teams

The salary range for this role is from $97,300.00 to $144,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
