Position Description:

CGI is looking for Scrum Master to join our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in Agile practice and Scrum approach by ensuring understanding, adherence, and implementation of the practice by the project team to maximize the project outcome
• Manage the appropriate use and application of the Agile method
• Manage interactions between the Project Team and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Agile and Scrum principles (Sprint planning, setting iteration duration, daily reviews)
• Organize and lead ceremonies (scrum ceremonies agenda and modalities)
• Assist the project team during deliveries, progress reviews (DoD), Sprint Backlog
• Monitor Scrum KPIs

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• More than 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master is expected
• Analytical and detail-oriented profile
• Experienced in Application migration contexts
• Critical thinking and decision making
• Anticipating problems and proposing solutions
• Producing rich & clear documentation
• Working autonomously and prioritizing under tight timeframes
• Experienced with Mainframe application environments is a plus
• Knowledge in financial services industry and banking business is a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• French speaking is a plus
