What you would do as our Scrum Master You will facilitate the agile development process for our platform development team using scrum within the SAFe framework, ensuring smooth collaboration and guiding the team to achieve its goals on time and with high quality. Acting as a servant leader and coach, you will focus on fostering a strong team culture, psychological safety, and transparency. Your role would involve driving continuous improvement through fast feedback loops and supporting the team’s growth and development. You would also: + Promote a culture of collaboration, growth mindset, and continuous improvement through regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring. + Support the team in adopting and refining Agile methodologies, fostering a self-organizing environment with high psychological safety. + Work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and the delivery of high-quality platform solutions. + Facilitate key meetings such as daily scrums, backlog refinements, sprint plannings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, as well as program increment planning and reviews within the SAFe framework. + Monitor and communicate the team’s progress, performance metrics, and key outcomes. + Proactively identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the team's productivity and success. The skills and experience you need We are looking for someone who has: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field. + Proven experience as a Scrum Master with 3+ years in platform or software development environments. + Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. + Experience working with firmware development. + Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities, with a focus on team dynamics and driving success. + Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills. Ideally, you would have substantial experience in various leadership roles, along with a background in quality assurance. You should also have experience working in platform development. Being a certified Agile Coach with experience in the SAFe framework is highly desirable, and it would be advantageous if you hold a SAFe Scrum Master certification. Additionally, hands-on experience with tools such as GitLab, Jira, and Confluence would be beneficial.
