Very proficient in running Agile teams Scrum Master certification Experience in using Azure DevOps & Servicenow toolsets Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand - ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks Experience in working with global teams at different locations Ability to generate & present Agile metrics via ADO dashboards Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, Basic Networking skills is a big plus Proven experience in building Scrum teams from scratch
