Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring team follows Agile values, principles and practices Build strong relationships with business divisions and departments across the company globally; build a trusting environment where issues are raised with an emphasis on correcting and problem-solving. Champions collaborative discussion, decision-making and problem-solving in support of assigned initiatives. Facilitates meetings and ensure Scrum events are held (Backlog refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint, Sprint Review and Retrospective) Facilitate the completion of assignments efficiently and without dictating work. Ensure metrics are collected and leverage metrics to effectively facilitate meetings and process improvements Coach Product Owner and Development team to facilitate learning, development and adoption of Agile best practices. Collaborate with Product Owner to prioritize, maintain product backlog and assist building Product Roadmap. Holds the team accountable and ensures the team understands and meets goals Facilitates conversation to create a plan to address process improvements Tracks and publishes progress towards goals / project execution Monitor budget and escalate issues as appropriate. Assist with internal and external communication to ensure transparency with the team, sponsors and stakeholders. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications:

Experience within the asset management or financial services industry with at least three years as a Scrum Master. Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution and coaching skills. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
