FIS Ambit Risk & Performance solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master with strong skills to join our Belgrade based Ambit BancWare development team working on a variety of financial engineering projects for asset/liability management and interest rate and liquidity risk product offerings.

What you will be doing:

Own the Scrum process, ensuring that the team drives to the Definition of Done for several global scrum teamsSchedule and facilitate all scrum ceremonies including release management.Remove impediments in a timely manner and detect hidden problems.Generate and analyze metrics to monitor and improve the team’s velocity, software quality and efficiency.Keep team’s execution and delivery on the high level, with focus on the committed sprint work.Assist the Product Owner with backlog maintenance and grooming.Enact change & continuous improvement to increase the productivity and efficiency of the team and quality of deliverables.Ensure that Agile principles, methodologies and concepts are consistently adhered to and guide the team through Agile activities as requested or needed

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience in a software or financial services companyExcellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)Strong knowledge of project management methodology and best practices (e.g. PMI, Agile/Scrum/Kanban), proficiency using Project Management Tools including MS Office products (Excel, Work, PowerPoint), JIRA, Confluence and MS Project and strong understanding of Product/Project/Software Development Life CycleFormal project management training, PMI/PMP, Agile certifications is a plusUnderstanding of software systems and architecture.Demonstrated analytical capability to assess information gathered from a variety of sources. Ability to work in a global team located across continents and time zonesAbility to report and present accurately, confidently, take initiative, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
