Our client requires a Scrum Master with a background in project management to join the client in performing a multitude of Scrum Master related tasks and duties. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, reinforcing Agile and Scrum practices to encourage teams to work with agility; Facilitating scrum ceremonies as needed; Defining and developing innovative Agile processes; and Focusing on health of the Scrum team, removing impediments, and promoting collaboration on the teams to create an empowered high-performance team.

Work is hybrid with 2 days a week onsite from client Regina, SK office. Locations outside of Regina may be considered for remote.

Mandatory Requirements

Required Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience is required. Experience working in Scrum. Relevant certifications

Required Skills:

In-depth understanding of agile principles and scrum frameworks Ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational, or technical in nature Desirable Requirements Background in project management Experience working in information management, data governance, or policy development subject matter areas.
