Scrum Master – Mumbai-Kalwa, Siemens Energy, Full Time

We make real what matters. This is your role

•         Proven experience as a SAFe Scrum Master or in a similar leadership role in a large-scale, complex environment.

•         Deep understanding of SAFe principles and practices.

•         Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

•         Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

•         Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

•         Experience in the PLM domain is desirable.

•         Ability to work effectively in a global, distributed environment.

•         Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

•         Experience in transitioning teams and organizations from traditional waterfall methodologies and silos to Agile.

•         Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Version Control systems

•         Experience Duration: 5 to10 Years as Scrum Master

•         SAFe® Scrum Master certification

•         SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification

•         Experience with DevOps practices and tools

•         Technical background in software development

•         Experience working in a regulated industry
