Does not want a program manager. Wants someone who is passionate about scrum, agile and kanban practices. He needs someone that is great at running retrospectives and can coach teams to adapt and adjust processes • Experience working in a technical environment and knows how to work with developers • This person will be supporting tools that are focused on global information technologies. They are building tools to visual the data on a map - it's a lot of GIS work. We use a lot of data bricks and AWS on the backend. We rotate out team members so this person will work on different projects throughout the assignment. This is all within the connect org - this is largely supporting the Iris Design and Drafting tools. This tools allows the network architects to build out network infrastructure • This person will be working with 2 scrum teams - each team is about 8 developers in size. • First 30 days - they will own the scrum meetings for 2 teams. Show they can have productive conversations with the team mates. At the end of the 90 days he would like for them to be able to present to other scrum masters in the org the things they are doing. • Need to be able to build relationships with engineering managers, developers and product teams. • 4 days onsite per week - team works remote Friday but flexible on the day Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
