**What is the job about?**
As a Scrum Master, you will be accountable for the delivery of high-value products or services by leading and coordinating the planning and workflow of the team. You will coach and guide the team in Agile practices, ensuring continuous improvement and fostering a collaborative work environment.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Act as the voice of the team, driving activities, pushing back, and resisting when necessary to safeguard the team’s focus and goals.
+ Align with multiple teams across the organization to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
+ Responsible for team performance and delivery while maintaining a balance with Agile principles and practices.
+ Facilitate Scrum events and utilize techniques like team coaching, green/red light knowledge, team events, work cafés, and open spaces to foster engagement and improvement.
+ Collaborate and communicate extensively with leaders and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
+ Navigate the Agile environment with confidence, contributing to and aligning with the Agile Coach community while driving continuous improvements.
+ Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality, empowering them to solve impediments and find optimal solutions.
+ Support the Product Owner in backlog management and stakeholder engagement to maximize value.
+ Ensure the team is equipped to continuously improve their way of working and deliver high-value outcomes.
**Your background:**
We imagine that you have:
+ Proven leadership experience in achieving ambitious targets.
+ Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience.
+ A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
+ Extensive experience and skills in Agile methodologies, with the ability to navigate and excel in an Agile environment.
+ Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to align and communicate effectively across multiple teams and leaders.
+ Knowledge of techniques such as team coaching, facilitation, and event management (e.g., world cafes, open spaces).
+ A deep understanding of team dynamics, with a focus on delivering high-value products while maintaining Agile principles.
+ The ability to fit into the Agile Coach community, contributing to its development and driving impactful change.
