Scrum Master

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Scrum Master** to join our team in the **Tampa, Florida.**
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Coaching the team to understand the Scrum framework, practices and roles helping ensure that goals and scope are clear for the team.
+ Manage tasks in Jira.
+ Developing dashboards to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
+ Facilitating the Scrum Events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and SprintRetrospective)
+ Promoting continuous communication and process improvement monitoring and helping improve team dynamics.
+ Sharing accountability for project success with the team
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Science, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by Scrum Alliance
+ Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
+ Proven experience in facilitating Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, SprintReview, and Retrospective).
+ Ability to coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
+ Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
+ Knowledge of other Agile methodologies such as Kanban or XP is a plus.
+ Understanding of software development practices and the role of a Scrum Master in them.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ General knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements
+ Experience consulting or delivering solutions to federal clients.
+ Experience in the Department of Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
+ 3+ years of experience with OneStream
+ 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum master on a Federal project.
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must hold an active Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
