SCRUM MASTER: Key Responsibilities: - Agile Facilitation: Guide and coach the teams in Agile practices and principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum and Kanban methodologies. - Team Support: Support 7 agile teams by removing impediments, facilitating meetings, and fostering a collaborative environment. - Sprint Planning & Execution: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect and adapt their processes. - Jira Management: Utilize Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and report on team performance. - Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and transparency. - Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team progress and identify areas for improvement. - Training & Development: Provide training and mentorship to team members on Agile practices and tools. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, with a focus on network engineering (important) or IT environments. - Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency in Jira. - Leadership: Proven ability to lead and coach multiple teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on facilitating team success. - Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
