Job Description Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master / Coach to join our Digital Marketing development team. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring collaboration and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing development team, and other Scrum Masters, to ensure that the work progresses on schedule within the planned iteration, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently. Key Duties-  Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes  Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.  Support our SAFe transformation  Support the Release Train Engineer and meet planned PI objectives for the team  Participate in PI planning sessions and facilitate team break-out sessions  Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders  Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time  Ensure that the team follows the SAFe framework and adheres to Agile principles  Collaborate with multiple teams to make sure work items are actively worked upon by the right team to meet deadlines. Skills and Requirements Must Haves:  5 years of project manager experience leading cross-functional projects  3 years of experience as a Scrum Master o Leading and facilitating scrum ceremonies - when and how?
